Sort of a love song, about a deep unspoken semi-platonic love between two people who have been in each other's lives for a long time. More of a snapshot of a moment, hinting at the magic of a clumsy phone call, and the honour in being someone's shoulder. There's also a hint of weakness and jealousy for good measure.

The Clearing Toronto, Ontario

Stephan is from the west coast of Canada. Eric is from the East coast. They met in the middle, in Toronto. Now they make music with their acoustic guitars and a little help from their friends.

The Clearing released their debut EP in the spring of 2010, "Comfort In A Sound".
